More and more disc golf courses or disc golf courses are popping up in Inner Østfold. There is everything from 18-hole courses down to training and playing courses of 4 holes. And it's no wonder - because this has taken off all over the country.

regardless of age or physical condition! Here you can be outdoors, preferably in nature, and it's fun! You can throw alone or with a group.

All you need to get started is 1 disc

there are different discs and qualities, different disks that suit different power and technique.

The courses are free to use

so all you have to do is find a course to get started. Have fun!
