There are several safe outdoor skating rinks in Indre Østfold. Several municipalities, teams, and local associations maintain sports rinks around the region. The rinks are open to everyone, and many of them are lit so that you can also enjoy yourself on the ice in the evening.

Skating on lakes and ponds

When the frost has set in properly, there are also skating opportunities on many ponds and lakes in Indre Østfold. Indre Østfold has many small and large lakes, which are well suited for both short and long skating trips.
